I’m a life coach, utter health/nutrition geek, father to two gorgeous and energetic little humans, and thrilled to say an ex-insomniac!

My insomnia began destroying my life more than 20 years ago, and I’m convinced it cost me relationships, friendships, jobs, fun, and a general capacity to enjoy my life - I guessing many of you can relate?

Not any more - And I can’t tell you what a gift that is!

Through my many years of obsession with sleep, health, hormones, and energy, I finally found the answers I had been missing for so long.

The Circle of Sleep

Good sleep is SO MUCH MORE than just a single supplement, a change of house, or a meditation practice - but they ALL have something to do with it!

Good sleep involves your hormones and genetics as well as your current diet and supplement regime and how stressful your life/job is.

The circle of sleep model allows understanding and room to work with sleep as individuals and to make choices based on what is actually right for us.
