One to One Coaching

Sometimes, no matter how much you have read, listened to, or researched, it can be great to have another perspective.

Working one to one with me will give you access to the vast wealth of information and experience I have acquired over my many years of learning “how NOT to do it”. We will explore your history and current dietary habits together, look at and discuss blood work and different ideas, and I will share my understanding of how I would proceed in your situation and accompany on your journey.

    Perhaps you’ve already been through my online video series or even my basics course, you have a grasp of metabolic theory and just need a helping voice for implementation, reassurance, and support.

  • . Up to three 1 hour sessions over a two month period.

    . Send me messages and questions via WhatsApp at any time and receive a minimum of 4 responses a week as voice messages.

    . Active research and support from my side where I will be sending you research, articles, and possibilities as they occur to me.

  • Either you’re not so familiar with metabolic theory or you are but are working on something specific that requires more ongoing support across a longer period.

    This is for people who are longing to have a constant companion and guide by their side as they walk themselves back into energy.

  • One to One Sessions

    Whether you need a simple one-off session to help you along, or more ongoing support, our face to face time will form the basis of health, learning, and growth.

    Our sessions will be spent attempting to get a sense of you, your history, and your energy levels, and then working together using my experience and understanding of metabolic theory to help you bring energy back into you life.

    We’ll walk the journey together.

  • Messaging Support

    I do not believe in the idea of having a session and not engaging until the next - there are so many questions that come up, so many thoughts that arise, and so much more support needed than can be worked with in such a short amount of time.

    Therefore I offer you consistent support throughout your time with me, and you can ask me questions via chat or voice message at any point and get a reply from me at least 4 times a week

    You deserve MORE than an hour here or there, and with me that’s what you get.

  • Time and Energy

    As well as being there for the questions, thoughts, and research that arises during our time together, I will be actively thinking about you, your history, and your needs, as well as sending you articles, ideas, and videos that support your learning.

    This requires energy from both of us - I can’t simply tell you what to do, and even the best blood tests in the world can’t tell you everything or make things clear - engagement and learning is needed on both sides!

    Ultimately my goal is for you to not need me!
