Working one to one with me will give you access to the vast wealth of information and experience I have acquired over my many years of learning “how NOT to do it”. We will explore your history and current dietary habits together, look at and discuss blood work and different ideas, and I will share my understanding of how I would proceed in your situation and accompany on your journey.
